Australians have received a fresh warning about internet usage following data breaches at two major ticketing sites. Ticketek experienced a data breach earlier this week, exposing the personal information of many Australians, including full names, dates of birth, and email addresses. The company, owned by TEG, has contacted affected customers overnight. Ticketek has confirmed the cyber breach and notified the Australian Cyber Security Centre, the National Office of Cyber Security, and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
