Evans made a significant impact in Power’s 20-point victory over Fremantle on Sunday, recording 23 disposals, six marks, and 631 meters gained.
After being overlooked in the 2023 national draft, the 18-year-old joined Port Adelaide through the SANFL Rookie Program and later secured a spot on the AFL list via the mid-season draft.
Within less than four weeks, Evans made his AFL debut and has since played 10 games this season, proving his capability at the top level.
He has averaged an impressive 16 disposals, 6.1 marks, and 351 meters gained, demonstrating his defensive skills both in the air and on the ground.
